Power Outage At Local Post Office
      Looking like creatures from "War of the Worlds," Con Ed trucks, with cherry-pickers extended, lined up in front of the Canarsie Post Office on Flatlands Avenue yesterday as they worked to restore power to the facility after an area power outage that included the pharmacy across the street. According to workers, the power went out at about 10 a.m.
