ReMax Hosts Second Blood Drive
Talk about giving back to your community! RE/MAX Jaguar Real Estate sponsored their second blood drive last Saturday in front of its 9409 Avenue L office. A huge New York Blood Center bus sat out front for several hours as donors came by to donate a pint of their precious blood that goes towards saving lives. First on line to show his support was Assemblyman Alan Maisel, above, being assisted by Emily James, broker of RE/MAX Jaguar. A total of 35 people from the community showed up to support the good cause - 25 of them were successful in donating a pint of their blood. The Jaguar team and Canarsie community would like to thank the doctors and nurses of the Brooklyn/Staten Island Blood Services that made the day a successful one. The third Blood Drive will be on August 16.
