Marine Park Resident Seeks Kidney Donor

Lifelong Marine Park resident Frank Guariglia is in need of a kidney donor. As a result of a degenerative kidney disease, this once energetic 41-year-old New York City schoolteacher is in dire need of a kidney for transplant.

For the last 12 years Guariglia has dedicated his life to educating hundreds of children at Intermediate School 278, on Stuart Street in Marine Park where he's known as "Mr. G" to students. He hopes to continue to provide his knowledge and skills to the school's pupils for years to come.

Anyone in good physical and mental condition with blood type "0," who would be willing, is asked to please reach out and help.

Guariglia is quickly approaching end stage kidney failure, so time is crucial.
