COPS ARREST RAPE SUSPECT AFTER CRASH

After his car collided with another vehicle at the corner of Avenue J and East 91st Street last week, the driver was arrested and, among other accusations, was charged with the rape of a 14-year-old girl who was traveling with him, police said.
