Whats' Your Opinion?
Compiled by Bill O'Neill

Question: Do you think Congress should be holding hearings on steroid use in baseball, or should they be concerned with more important matters that affect every American? Do you agree? Why?

"My opinion is I agree. They shouldn't be investigating steroids and athletes. It's such a small issue. It's actually laughable. They've been using steroids for awhile, and now, all of a sudden, they decide to make it a big issue." Shavon Raji, East New York
"I think baseball should hold their own hearings. Why should Congress get involved? Congress can work on the economy and the war. (They can) look after other things." Dan Teitelbaum, Mill Basin
"My answer is Congress shouldn't be involved. We have enough problems in this country for them to deal with other than steroids." Cathey Goldin, Old Mill Basin
"I think Congress shouldn't be worried about steroids. They should be more concerned about what's going on in our country; with the people. It's the baseball commissioner's job to examine steroid use in baseball." Angela Easley, Canarsie
