D.A. INVESTIGATES INFANT SHOOTING

A spokesman for Kings County District Attorney Charles J. Hynes said this week that inspectors from his office are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the accidental shooting of an infant by an off-duty police officer in Mill Basin on February 8.
