Despite the bitter cold Sunday evening, dozens of people weathered the frigid elements to attend the 46th annual Seddio house holiday lighting ceremony. After a minor technical glitch, longtime Canarsie native and community activist Frank Seddio threw the switch to illuminate his home at the southeast corner of Flatlands Avenue and East 93rd Street last Sunday.
