Sampson Sponsors Free Tests For Breast Cancer Awareness

Even though October was Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the American Italian Cancer Foundation mammogram van (above) was stationed outside State Senator John Sampson's office last Thursday, November 6 where over a dozen women were given free mammograms. The event not only brought attention to the disease, but provided screenings for those who might otherwise be unable to afford to go to their doctor for a mammogram.
