The final week of 2008 baseball season ended on a high note for players, coaches and friends.

In the Clinic division, there was an exciting game of players against their parents. Everyone had a fun time, but the players won the game. Afterwards, there was a pizza party celebration.

The minors and farm players attended a Brooklyn Cyclones game at KeySpan Park in Coney Island on August 22. Those who attended met with the Cyclones players on the field prior to the start of the evening's game, followed by a fireworks show.

In addition, very competitive playoff games were played on August 27th. Each player was presented with a trophy at the end of the games. Trophies were also presented to an array of players for their achievements during the season.

After the games, State Assemblyman Alan Maisel who was in attendance congratulated all the players and coaches.
