Charles Rogers Residents who live near the new PS/IS 366 school construction on East 107th Street between Avenue J and Flatlands Avenue recently complained that the work being done there is "distracting to say the least and harmful to people's ears," accord-ing to one disgruntled home owner. In an advisory sent to Community Board 18 dated January 4, 2008, SCA Senior Manager-Project Support Fred-erick Maley stated that pile driving work "will, begin on Tuesday, Jan-uary 8. It will take place between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday…until Saturday, February 2, 2008."

Maley said they apologize for the inconvenience and noted the new school will be completed in June, 2009. Charles Rogers
