VANDALS DELAY LIBRARY'S RETURN

Renovations were nearly complete at the Canarsie Library early last fall when vandals broke in and caused damage that flooded the main floor and basement, resulting in the delay of the Rockaway Parkway branch's reopening for about nine months.
