L-Line Report Cards To Be Handed Out Here Tomorrow New York City Transit staff members will distribute Rider Report Cards to L train commuters at the Rockaway Parkway station during tomorrow morning's rush hour - between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m. Yesterday, similar cards were handed out at other stations between Rockaway Parkway and Eighth Avenue, Manhattan. The Report Card is similar to one used on the Flushing Line last month and asks riders to grade 21 specific areas of service, which will include car and station cleanliness, safety, security, quality of announcements and courtesy and helpfulness of service staff. Riders will also be asked to assign an overall grade for service. Once they have been tabulated, results of the Rider Report Card will be posted for riders to review.
