Question: There are currently Congressional hearings regarding whether the observATION DECK AT THE CROWN OF THE STATUE OF LIBERTY, WHICH HAS BEEN CLOSED SINCE THE WORLD TRADE CENTER ATTACK, SHOULD NOW BE OPENED. WHAT DO YOU THINK?
