Icy Streets Make For Hazardous Driving
Police said fortunately no one was injured in the above accident last Friday at Avenue U near East 67th Street in Mill Basin when sleet, rain and, yes, too much ice blasted us, caused spinouts and many, many fender-benders throughout the area. The following day, there were even more crashes when Mother Nature dropped another couple of inches of ice on us. That was probably the end of it, though, 'cause SPRING IS HERE! C. Rogers
