PIGGY BACK PARKING?
Firefighters and police at the scene said those involved in the above accident at the corner of East 98th Street and Avenue L yesterday at about 2:15 p.m. appeared to be only slightly injured. With a driver and passenger inside, the car on top was heading south on East 98th Street and a third car (not in picture), with only the driver aboard, was going east on Avenue L when the two vehicles collided, sending the sedan careening into - and on top of - the parked vehicle. There was nobody inside the parked car, authorities said. ` Charles Rogers
