I.S. 78 Art Students Thank Courier Scribe With Handmade Poster

After reading the upbeat feature story on Corinne Liverpool's art class at Roy H. Mann Intermediate School 78 in Mill Basin (Canarsie Courier 12/21/06) , the students (and teacher) were so pleased they presented our reporter Dara Mormile with a token of their appreciation.

Above, Mormile holds the graphic design presented to her.

"I enjoyed interviewing the students and seeing their individual displays of creativity immensely," she said. "I really got a warm feeling in my heart when I received the handcrafted poster. Those students are extremely talented and dedicated."
