Bildersee I.S. 68 Debuts Library Makeover
      Thanks to a $450,000 grant from City Councilman Lew Fidler, students at Isaac Bildersee Intermediate School 68 now have a new, state-of-the-art media library where they can obtain and share information. A special celebration, including a ribbon cutting ceremony, was held on Tuesday to honor the councilman for his efforts to obtain the funds.

      The following directive was recently issued by Community Board 18 District Manager Dorothy Turano: Your MUST clear ice and snow from your sidewalk. It's the law! + If you are the owner, tenant, occupant or the person in charge of any lot or building you must clear the snow and/or ice from your sidewalk within four (4) hours after the snow has stopped falling or by 11 a.m.
