KeySpan Chorus Brings Holiday Fun To P.S. 276
Members of the famous Keyspan Festival Chorus paid a Holiday Season visit to P.S. 276 last week, bringing with them a morning of festive song, games and audience-participation. Upper left: Director Skip Brevis dons a clown’s nose for some horseplay (with music) for the kids. Bottom: The full chorus sings the greetings of the day. Officials of the Keyspan Chorus said the main objective of the traveling group is to give the public a feeling of the holiday spirit. They sing at various schools, veterans hospitals, nursing homes, day care centers and assisted living homes. This year, they lent their voices to such events as the Borough Hall Tree Lighting Ceremony and the Far Rockaway Flight 587 Crash Memorial.
