A Few More Cops Make An Impact Police officials here said that eight extra police officers had been assigned to the 69th Precinct on a temporary basis as part of an NYPD mobile project called "Operation Impact." Captain Paul Saryian, executive officer of the local precinct, said the team of law enforcers "helped in our efforts to present a show of force here." He said statistics showed a decrease in crime here last week.
