Halloweeners Were Bustin' Out All Over

The Halloween tradition played true to form in Canarsie and surrounding areas Tuesday, as scores of youngsters (and some young-at-heart adults) traversed the Avenue L shopping strip and other local streets trick-or-treating in costumes as ghosts, goblins and things that go bump in the night. The day's many celebrations were not only for kids, as the very same goblins cavorted at the River Manor Health Center, Vandalia Senior Center and a fantastic Halloween street party on Avenue T in Marine Park.
