BAYVIEW MURDER SUSPECT CAUGHT

It only took officials from the 69th Precinct Detective Squad a short time to track down the suspect in last Thursday's murder of a BayView House resident. Sunday, they arrested Ramon Roman, 49, of George Street, Brooklyn, in the brutal stabbing death of Elias Alvarez, 37, of 1570 East 102nd Street
