Genesis Lodge Names Its Man Of the Year

When a member of Genesis Lodge is selected to "Man of the Year" status, it is truly significant of his involvement in the growth, activities and progress of the lodge.The officers and members of the Genesis Lodge No. 64 are delighted and honored to present its coveted "Man of the Year" award to Jerry Zeller.

Zeller took his ranks in Companion Brigham-Park Lodge in 1984. After many mergers, he finally wound up in Lodge 64. Zeller extended himself and aided the Chancellor Commander in any capacity that was needed. He did such a wonderful job that when nominated to be an officer, Zeller declined and remarked, "I'm happy to help when I can!"

Zeller worked as WABC-TV's Field Engineer. He covered many major events, such as the Clay-Liston fight in Miami, Cape Kennedy space shots, Jet football games and Beatles' press conferences. He has been awarded many commendations including four Emmy Awards.

The Genesis Lodge wishes Jerry, Esther and their lovely family many years of good health and prosperity. May he continue for many more years.
