Crash Floods Seaview Avenue

Charles Rogers Charles Rogers If you look closely, you'll see the edge of a fire hydrant sticking out from the right front side of the 1997 Jeep. According to 69th Precinct police, the SUV was parked on Seaview Avenue at East 87th Street Tuesday when a 2004 Toyota plowed into it. The driver of the Toyota was injured, but "not badly," according to paramedics on the scene. There was no one in the Jeep. Gushing water from the hydrant swamped Seaview Avenue all the way down to East 80th Street.
