Legislation Would Bring Tuition Tax Credits Closer To Reality
     State Senator Carl Kruger announced this week that he is joined with Brooklyn Senator Marty Golden in co-sponsoring legislation, introduced by Golden, which will offer refundable tax credits to qualified taxpayers whose children are being educated at religious and private schools in New York State.
