Visiting Nurse Association Of B’klyn: Help For Over A Century

Since 1888, the Visiting Nurse Association of Brooklyn, (VNAB) the oldest certified home health agency in New York City, has been meeting the home health care needs of the borough’s residents.

VNAB home health care programs provide support to patients who are chronically ill, disabled or who are re-covering from surgery or from an illness.

VNAB’s broad spectrum of home health care includes behavioral health care, maternal/child pediatric care, hi-tech intravenous therapies as well as many other vital home health care services.

VNAB nurses help Brooklyn residents who have diabetes, congestive heart failure, wound care and conditions requiring physical therapy.

The service provides patients and their families access to other essential community services to further help families whose loved ones are struggling with life-threatening illnesses.

Call 1-718-923-7100 or visit their Web site at www.-vnrhcs.org to learn more about VNAB nurses, home health care professionals and how VNAB can help you.
