What A Day For Da Blues!

When the fishing’s good off Canarsie Pier, anglers may get the blues — or whatever else is swimming by in Jamaica Bay. Proof of that are the eight bluefish caught last Thursday afternoon by Angel Ramos, left, of Canarsie, and Luis Irizzary, of Starrett City. The catch weighed about six to seven pounds each,according to the pair, but we all know how fishermen can exaggerate, especially about the ones that got away!
