Question:
What do you think of a new city council bill that intends to force theater owners in the five boroughs to list the actual start times of movies to avoid sitting through advertising and previews that now precede the feature in most theaters?
 | | “It’s better to have the commercials or previews. First of all, it shows you upcoming movies and stars you might want to see. Plus, people don’t get there right on time. So it’s better to be early.”

 | | “I think it’s good for people running late. The previews and advertisements give people a chance to sit down in time for the movie.”
