Regular Garbage Collection For Lincoln’s Birthday

The New York City Department of Sanitation will conduct normal refuse and recycling collection on Friday, February 11, the observance Of Lincoln’s Birthday.

Residents who receive Friday garbage and recycling collection should place their items out at curbside Thursday after 5 P.M. for pickup the following day as normal.

Alternate Side Parking Regulations will be suspended on February 11 and February 12.

However, the department’s administrative offices will be closed on February 11.

In addition, there will be no garbage collection on Monday, February 21, President’s Day.
