Residents of East 93rd Street took to the street to party and strengthen harmony with their neighbors at the 2nd Annual Block Party last Saturday. And, according to reports, it was a blockbuster event as everyone enjoyed lively music, tasty foods and camaraderie on the ethnically-diverse block.
East 93rd Street Block Association vice president Peter Allen said that the organization has been working to beautify the street and working with police to fight crime.

|It wouldn’t be much of a party without some toe-tapping, hip-shakin’ music, which was provided by engineer Burnham Stowe and DJAndre xFlexxxx Doorn.

Another block party staple is food, and lots of it. Delroy Hall and Damone Willams grilled up some tasty treats like hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken and sausages for the hungry revelers.
Break dancers Frances Coram and Brandyn Jack entertained their neighbors with some nifty moves.
