Bo Zgoda Celebrates Grand Opening Of Bo’s Prime Realty
“I want the community to know they can count on me for honest and friendly service,” she said, “be-cause when you go out of your way for clients and you value them, they’re very friendly and they return the kindness.”
Zgoda left All Seasons in March after working there for seven years. She specifically sought a location on Flatlands Avenue where she could operate her own business and start her own sales trends. Then, she said, she spoke with the owner of the Milk Farm who was thinking of dividing the existing store.
“I was looking for a space along Flatlands Avenue for a long time because I know it’s an active location where people will notice me,” she said. “Fortunately, a space opened. It’s a great move forward for me because I wanted to do things differently with my career. I strive to give all my clients personal attention. I would say at least 80 percent of the people who come to me are from referrals and recommendations,” she said.
Polish-born Zgoda came to America in the 1980s. In the 1990s, her genuine love for helping families find the right home began. She worked at Century 21 David Price Realty. Prior to her interest in the real estate business, she modeled and worked in restaurants. Zgoda said she found a deep interest and enjoyment in working with people.
“My approach to this business is personal. I love taking potential buyers through houses and giving them the details of the property instead of telling them to have a look around for themselves. I want my clients to know I meet their expectations,” she said.
Zgoda has invited many dedicated individuals to join her team. Some of the employees at her new office include former agents from various real estates in the neighborhood. “I’m lucky to have great girls like Fay Orekie, Keon Palmer and Rachel Cyprien. It’s a blessing that I found a quality staff to work with me. They all helped me set my new office up and we will all work together to bring the best service to the community. When you have people working together, you become a lot stronger.”
Al and Arlene Gell, friends and clients of Zgoda, attended the grand opening and praised the agents success, saying, “We wish her a lot of luck with this new office – she’s a great friend and a great person to conduct business with. She’s not like many agents in the business and that’s why we think she’ll definitely do well for years to come.”
Zgoda’s office is open seven days a week. Her and her staff can be reached at 1-718-272-6500.
