Question:
Should the Georgia bride who faked her kidnapping when she got cold feet at the last minute be prosecuted for lying to law enforcement officials and be responsible for the costs spent in the search for her?

“Sometimes people get cold feet. But she knew they were looking for her. So she should be prosecuted for lying and penalized for the expense it took trying to find her. She had no excuse.”
Reginald Romain, Flatbush“Sometimes people get cold feet. But she knew they were looking for her. So she should be prosecuted for lying and penalized for the expense it took trying to find her. She had no excuse.” Reginald Romain, Flatbush“Yeah, they should lock her up. Why? Because she lied to the judicial system. And she should be penalized for the money used to try to find her, because that’s taxpayers’ money.”
Terrence Simpson, The Bronx“Yeah, they should lock her up. Why? Because she lied to the judicial system. And she should be penalized for the money used to try to find her, because that’s taxpayers’ money.” Terrence Simpson, The Bronx“This is a story about a person who was very indecisive. I don’t think she intended to draw all the attention she got. In my opinion, she wasn’t directly resposible for law enforcement looking for her. They took it upon themselves to search for her, and thank goodness the community came out and cared enough about her. No, I don’t think she should be punished, because she wasn’t looking for all that spotlight.”

So she should get community service and house arrest. And also, she should be penalized for all the money that was spent.”
