PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (AP) – A delegation of five Caribbean foreign ministers arrived to meet Haiti’s interim leaders, hoping to restore relations soured by the ouster of President Jean-Bertrand Aristide and government in-action to rein in armed rebels.
