Turning Up The Heat – Sandwiches & Wrap

Horseradish and Cajun spices add zest to traditional lunchtime fare. When wraps are sliced to bite-size finger foods, they make tasty hors d’oeuvres, too. Cajun Roast Beef Sandwich

With Hot Sauce

2 sandwich rolls

2 tablespoons Boar’s Head Horseradish sauce

6 arugula leaves

1/2 pound sliced Boar’s Head Cajun Roast Beef

1/2 pound sliced Boar’s Head Horseradish

Cheddar

Salt and pepper to taste

Spread sauce lightly over each half of rolls. Layer bottom halves with arugula, beef and cheddar. Top with remaining halves. To super-size sandwiches, repeat layering.

Makes 2 sandwiches
