A secure gated community, close to all of Brooklyn’s and Manhattan’s shopping and transportation combined with the luxury of waterfront living. And don’t forget about that beautiful view (above)!

The public was invited to take an official look at Brooklyn’s most exciting condo project — The New Seaview Estates at East 108 Street and Seaview Avenue — as officials from Fillmore Real Estate held their special Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for the sneak preview last Saturday. On hand for the event were officials from Fillmore, who proudly opened the doors to the "fantastic" waterfront location. Their on-site sales office is located at 108-15 Seaview Avenue, Unit 40B. For information, call (718)209-6875 or 1-800-524-4872.
