Civic Association Helps Gather Cease & Desist Cards
In accordance with the New York State Real Property Law, the Secretary of State has been empowered to issue a Cease and Desist Order to all licensed Real Estate Brokers and salespersons from soliciting houses. As a result, Cease and Desist cards have been issued for residents to sign and return to bar the solicitation.
