Volunteers At Four Seasons Nursing Center Are Honored

Every year, officials sponsor a party and award ceremony for the many volunteers who donate their time to helping the patients at the Four Seasons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Rockaway Parkway. On April 29, a special party and luncheon was given in their honor, during which they were presented with certificates praising them for their contributions in various capacities.

St. Jude School Students Take The Cake

Donuts and cupcakes and brownies - oh my! Eighth graders at St. Jude's School hosted a bake sale last Sunday afternoon and raised enough money for their senior trip to The Rocking Horse Ranch upstate New York. While they didn't have a set goal, the students' hard work - along with a little help from parents and staff - raised $500.
