Consumers Powerless When Media Giants Dispute Over $$$

Two greedy corporate fat cats recently had a dispute and consumers, as usual, got caught smack dab in the middle. In an ongoing twoyear quarrel over — surprise, surprise — money, ABC/Disney pulled its transmission signal for WABC-TV Channel 7 that blacked out over three million Cablevision customers in New York City and on Long Island for about 20 hours.
