With neighborhood after

With neighborhood after neighborhood displacing long time residents for higher rentals, of course there will be those who have nowhere to go. With blue collar jobs going overseas, unemployment benefits run out, you end up in the streets. We discharge the mentally handicapped who cannot fend for themselves. We take kids out of foster care when they turn eighteen and they have no idea how to live on their own so they end up in the streets. Drugs, another problem. This city needs an overhaul and more attention needs to be given to the 99% rather then the 1%.
