CONGRATULATIONS to Canarsie Courier freelancer Raymond Dowd and his wife, Christine, who gave birth to their fourth child, Mackenzie Anne Dowd, at Maimonides Hospital just before 9:00 a.m. on July 6, 2004. The little one weighed in at a healthy 7 lbs, 8 ozs. and was 20 inches with dark brown hair and light blue eyes. Her siblings — Brian, Kennedy and Caitlyn Dowd, happily welcomed her. All Ray’s friends at the Courier wish her a long, healthy and happy life.
