School of Religion: All students who are returning to MQH School of Religion in September 2004 must be re-registered before the last day of class (May 26th). First time registration must take place in person.

Memorials: We have some weeks available for Bread and Wine, Altar Flowers, and Altar Candles, to be donated. If you would like to donate any of the above in memory of a loved one, please call the Rectory Office.

Also beginning in June, each week the Tabernacle Candle will be available to donate. The cost is $25 per week.

New Liturgical Norms: At the Presentation of the Gifts, it is now customary to stand immediately after the priest washes his hands, so that everyone is standing for the prayer over the gifts.

Spring Festival: Mark your calendars and set aside these dates for our 3rd Annual Mary Queen of Heaven Parish Festival!!! Wednesday, June 16th; Thursday, June 19th and Sunday, June 20th.

Ascension Thursday: Thursday of this week, forty days after Easter, we celebrate the Feast of the Ascension of Our Lord. Mass. Masses for the feast day will be at 7:30 pm on Wednesday, May 19th and 8am and 10 am on Thursday, May 20th. It is a Holy Day of Obligation and all are obliged to attend Mass.

New Members for the Rosary Society is looking for new members to join. The Society is dedicated to Our Blessed Mother and members meet once a month to share our faith and to have some fun. The members als

o attend Mass ass a group on the first Sunday of each month. Any woman who is interested in joining is asked to call the Rectory and leave her name and number. Installation of new members will take place at the 12 pm Mass on Sunday, June 6th. The June meeting will follow in the Parish Hall.
