What’s Your Opinion?

“I don’t usually rely upon a diet or go for something just because it’s low carbohydrates. The best recommendation I have to watch your weight is to eat the right foods and get enough exercise — and your weight should go to the right amount.” Richard Morales, East New York
“No, I don’t look for low carbohydrates, even though I was trying to follow the Atkins Diet. Now I just watch what I eat.” Leslie Meadows, Canarsie

“Yeah, I look for low carbohydrate food. I look out for my diet in general. And a low carbohydrate diet can help you in a lot of ways.” Gabriel McNeil, Brownsville
