Cops Quell Fight In
Front Of Canarsie H.S.  | | School safety officers assist police from the 69th Precinct as they lead youth involved in a fight in front of Canarsie High School into police van Tuesday. No one was hurt in the melee, involving a number of teenagers. The suspected fighters were released a short time later at the Foster Avenue station house. Police officials have recently increased manpower in and around some schools in an effort to stem possible violence. Charles Rogers |
