Donations Asked For Funeral Costs

Gardy Brazela, president of the Friends United Block Association, other community leaders and elected officials are spearheading the collection of contributions to defray the costs for two of the victims in the tragic June 21st fire that claimed four lives.

Anyone wishing to contribute to the costs for the funeral of Canarsie neighbors Marie Dufort and Sheila Ferdinand should send a check to:
